Investment Description

Modernization is the streamlining of business processes and leveraging innovative technologies, to: increase data accuracy, enhance data analytics, and reporting; improve business efficiency and resource utilization; and enhance customer service and the end-user experience. By developing a new system(s) the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) will achieve the above objectives. ONRR started the Modernization project by defining the as-is business processes 12/1/2019. ONRR's Information and Digital Services (IDS) office is managing the implementation of the new system roll-outs.
