The Enterprise Financial Management System (EFMS) project is an E-Gov implementation of Oracle Federal Financials, Sunflower Asset Management, mLINQS Relocation Systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) module, Budget System integration, Sunflower/Oracle integrations, and NFC Payroll redesign.
